Sometimes people want to take our Emotional Care Essences more often than directed. This often happens with children - they keep asking for more. You can take them as many times a day as you want. Taking them more often usually supports better than taking a higher number of drops at one time. We believe that when you have afeeling of ‘craving’ the essences, it is a sign that your body really needs those particular trace energies. In our experience, most people discover the ‘craving’ goes away after about 3 to 7 days. You are then fine using them per the bottle's instructions.
