nightly back massages
Baby Blessings Treatment is my favorite product for giving my 9 year old and 13 year old sons their nightly back massages. They absolutely love this special time with them, and they claim that it really helps them to relax and get to sleep. It's a very light massage oil that is the perfect consistency for massages. You don't need a lot.
