Green Lemonade...what?

This fresh, alive juice is the perfect pick me up for mid-morning or afternoon. It provides the body with essential nutrients, enzymes and hydration during a healing crisis...plus it's deceptively deliciously!

1 large apple*
1/3 of a small lemon**
1 handful of spinach

DIrections: Wash fruits and spinach. Juice ingredients in a juicer. Stir well to incorporate flavors. Pour into your favorite glass and ENJOY!

*Use a sweet variety of apple, such as Fuji, Gala, Golden Delicious or Pink Lady.

**Make sure the lemon that you use is organic, and do not peel prior to juicing. The peel will add nutritional benefits and the flavor is surprisingly great.
