White Tea with Ginger & Rosehip: Harmony

Do you desire more harmony in your life? This tea combination is about bringing your body into harmony with increasing levels of love and light. Assisting the vibrational harmony inside of you helps create more harmony in your external experiences. If you combine white tea with rose, the energy of the tea conveys “I want my heart center to be connected to my higher self. I desire to merge these two parts of myself for greater joy in my life.”

How: White tea, opens up the higher chakras to help increase the flow of light into your body. Rosehip is the core of the rose and therefore focuses you toward the center of your heart center. When we are in conflict it is harder to feel the love inside of us. Love is what creates harmony, so feeling love inside of us during times of conflict is essential to achieve harmony. To increase the love inside of you, you want to get to the core of your heart center. Rosehips help you get to those depths. Combining rose with white tea aligns the heart with your higher guidance, so that these two parts work as a team. Tossing a dash of ginger into this combination, adds a catalyst that assists you in the transformation to a higher level of love and light.

Why aligning the heart and mind is important: We want our higher guidance to come through our hearts so that we speak with compassion and kindness. We want to speak from our hearts so that people can hear us. When our words flow on the tide of love, people can more easily hear what you have to say. When we speak with knowledge that does not flow through the heart what we say can be interpreted as arrogance. When we speak only from our minds, our words can come across as a desire to control. Our minds tell us and others how we ‘should’ be, our hearts tell us to love regardless. The love from the heart creates the glue that keeps us close – especially during difficult times or conflict.
