We love our products and guarantee that you will too! If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply return the unused portion with a copy of the invoice within 30 days from date of purchase for a prompt refund, credit, or exchange less shipping.

Shipping & handling is just $4.95 per order within the *Continental U.S. only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
NOTE: Orders usually ship the same day if placed before 10AM EST (Monday - Friday) and if all items are in stock. All of our products are hand-blended in small batches, so occasionally additional time may be needed for preparing your order. These items usually ship within 3-5 days. Packages less than 1 lb will ship via USPS. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are subject to additional charges. International orders are also subject to additional charges. If ordering online, your charges will appear upon Checkout. Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.

Product Pricing and Exchange Rates:
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.
International Addresses: NOTE: You must provide a street address for shipping. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes internationally.
International Shipping Fees, Import Duties and Taxes:
* All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination.
* Import Taxes: Our prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. You may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, etc. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them
* Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
* You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
* It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements and aromatherapy from the U.S.
