Great low calorie high energy breakfast - to increase your workout performance:0
Rinse then slice in half about 7-8 medium brussel sprouts
In a pan of shallow water, add 1 tbl olive oil, and a bit of garlic
Throw in the brussel sprouts for about 5 minutes
Then add 1 Tbl of tomato sauce (as in spegetti sauce)
plus a dash of oregano.
Cook another 4 minutes and they are ready...salt to taste
Fry 1-2 Eggs in olive oil
