A Meditation to Reverse Anxiety

Grapefruit & Cranberry: Healing Grief and Anxiety

Grief and crying is the method our body uses to release past patterns and old energy. The pain of grief assists us to reach deeper within ourselves, and through that depth gain access to spaces of knowledge, compassion and healing stored within us.  The aching is felt in every cell of our being  The deeper the grief, the deeper the release - and the deeper we get to know ourselves. This is the gift of grief.

Hazelnut: Good 2ur Core

One of the finest foods you can ever feed yourself, is that of hazelnut. Hazelnut inspires confidence because it carries the frequencies of goodness and kindness. Combine that with the fact it is a nut - and nuts are the seeds, the beginning, the core of everything. There is no finer nut you can put into your body, than one that tells your heart, mind, body and emotions that you are good to the core. Hazelnut is scientifically the most beneficial nut for your heart, as well as reducing risks of Alzheimer’s, cancer and depression.

The Best Confidence Tip!

I wouldn’t start the car until I looked at myself in the mirror and stated my affirmation. My confidence mantra then became so much second nature, that if I woke up in the middle of the night with anxiety, I automatically began my mantra and felt my body relax.
