Ok, so I’ve had tons of requests for my favorite smoothie. After 33 years of blending and concocting smoothies, this is my absolute favorite recipe for several reasons:

As we move into the month of February, one can’t help but reflect on this month of Love. Although some may enjoy that one special day on the 14th, I prefer to make it a month long celebration lighting a red tea light every day. After all, having a special someone to share my hopes, my dreams, my fears, my children, and my life with deserves the attention of an entire month. Wherever you put your focus, the universe responds. So I celebrate my partner, even when we are apart. This is just one of our secrets on becoming Divine Mates.

Want help accomplishing your goals?  One key is to be in the present moment.  The reason is because the present is all that truly exists - the past is just a memory, and the future just a projection.  From either of those places you cannot create; you cannot succeed - because they are only imaginary places where you have no power.

I always appreciate the Holiday Season starting with Thanksgiving. It puts me in a frame of mind to be more reflective of all that I am grateful for. True gratitude also creates a stable foundation within you. Then when life throws you a curve, it doesn't knock you so far off.
