Dark Chocolate Bark with Pumpkin Seeds and Goji Berries

If you do not have a double boiler, just simmer a few inches of water in a saucepan and snugly fit a metal or glass bowl on top, ensuring it does not touch the water.

Ingredients: Directions:
  1. Cover a half-size sheet pan with wax or parchment paper. Add all chocolate chips to a double boiler over medium heat and stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  2. Stir in honey until combined, then thoroughly mix in pumpkin seeds, goji berries and beverage booster.
  3. Pour chocolate mixture onto sheet pan, using a spatula to spread it out. Sprinkle salt over chocolate.
  4. Let cool for about 15 minutes. Put into fridge for about 45 minutes or until firm, then break into pieces.
I store it in the refrigerator in an airtight container, especially during the warmer months so it does not melt at all. This is not necessary though. Enjoy!
