High Anxiety: is your Blood the Culprit?
For almost a decade I struggled with anxiety, waking up in the middle of the night and sometimes even having panic attacks during the day. There were times that the anxiety made sense because of issues in my life, but other times I had no idea where the anxiety was coming from.

I realized the emotion had to be coming from my body, somehow spilling out of my cells. I decided to take a deeper look to find what could be causing my body to cry out in despair, and if there was a way to help correct it. As an expert in Natural Emotional Care, it wasn’t long before I found a big piece of the answer.

Most of us rarely think about it, but the blood is the most critical, health important system in your body. Why? Because your blood feeds every single cell in your body – from your hair, skin and eyes, to your liver, kidneys, heart, bones, immune system, and digestive system. If your blood is weak, then every system and cell in your body suffers, grows weaker by the minute, and sends signals of anxiety and panic to your brain.

In order to have a strong healthy body with lots of energy and low anxiety, you must build blood that thrives – you must eat for energy.  This is an essential part of natural emotional care.

When you are not eating foods that provide your blood with what it needs to do its job, then your blood feels stressed and anxious, and that therefore increases your stress and anxiety.

Your blood is your ability to flow with life, and to handle stressful situations as well as casualties such as heart-break or loss.

Your blood is your ability to get up and go – both physically and emotionally. When your blood is off, you feel off. When your blood is weak, you feel weak. When your blood is tired, you feel tired.
